Avoid Scams in Online Surveys

As you'll see, there are NO prefilled advertisements on this site. No google or yahoo ads, where we can not control the content.

That's because the surveys we post are 100% free at the time we post them. Of course, we can't control whether they change their policies so follow the advice below to avoid a survey scam.

Here are some tips to help you avoid a Survey Scam:

Yes, there really are companies that will pay you to take surveys. In all honesty, you aren’t going to get rich taking surveys, and you’ll spend a lot of time for little money in most cases. (If anyone tells you otherwise, they're selling something.)

But, if you enjoy hanging out on the computer and think it would be fun to do some surveys while you’re chatting with your friends on IM, then it isn’t a bad way to make a few extra dollars here and there. I made $7 once for sharing my thoughts on wine. ;)

Be sure to sign up with a free email account (like hotmail or yahoo) so you don’t get flooded with SPAM!

Also, if you are ever asked for a credit card, get out immediately.

When in doubt, remember, the survey companies should be paying or rewarding YOU, not the other way around!
